Honghai Plastic Products Co. Ltd was established in 2002. We have more than $3 million invested in our equipment and facility which is located in the industrial area of Fuzhou's free trade zone of Fuqing City. Our company covers 15,000 square meters, including a workshop area totaling 18,000 square meters. We are only 40 minutes to Jiangyin sea Port, and one-and-a-half hours to Xiamen sea Port.

Almost 2 Decades in Plastic Packaging Production
Our team has nearly 20 years’ experience on the thermoforming plastic packages production. Our products are made of PS, PP, KPS, PET, PETG, PVC and PLA including the following:

• Fruit and vegetable packages
• Egg packages
• Trays
• Blister disposable packagesfor toys, static-free electronics, hardware and cosmetics

Products and Molds Manufactured In-house
Our major advantage is our plastic films are produced in-house, while our competitors source from others. We have one PET film extrusion line and one PVC film extrusion line to support our manufacturing needs. We also produce molds in-house for the sampling. We provide free drawing samples and only charge sample fees after the sample is accepted by the buyer. We accept customer’s designs on their thermoforming packages.

Utilizing Advanced Machine from Germany
In March 2015, our company started using advanced vacuum aluminum platingfilm equipment from Germany. Its speed is 450 meters per minute, with a width of 2.5 meters. Our films are widely used in packages for food, medicine, and daily necessities. Our factory produces and supplies the materials for the following:

• Silver aluminum PET films
• PV Overlay on ID card
